TYPICAL BADISHThe tarte flambée is a real Baden specialty. The basis for the Baden tarte flambée is a thin dough that is topped with traditional ingredients from the region. Black Forest bacon, fresh onions and a sour cream cream round off the whole thing as a topping. “Vegetarian, fish or classic. With us, everyone will find one of our 50 different Tarte Flambee.”
